We kindly request that all clients self-assess that they are not exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms before entering our facility. Symptoms may include:
• Fever greater than 100 degrees
• New cough that is not attributable to another medical condition
• New muscle aches (myalgias) not attributable to another medical condition or another specific activity (e.g., due to physical exercise)
• Throat pain not attributable to another medical condition
• New shortness of breath (dyspnea) not attributable to another condition
• Diarrhea
If you are sick or exhibiting any of the symptoms above, we may reschedule your appointment for a future date.
